The back entrance to the ranch also has a well and to access is 5.4 miles down FM408 an easement road to the left and .2 miles to back gate. Electric is at FM 408 and can be brought to the property. Solar lights are used and everything is generator ready. This is an ideal ranch for seclusion and hunting for the rugged outdoorsman.
